Albany has the latest horror one of=the most frightful we ever read. The Express tells the story: "Yesterday afternoon two work men employed in Ransom's foun dry, named Thomas Sheehey and Nicholas Shilfard, bad an alterca tion while the work of casting was going on, which had a fearful result. Sheehey accidentally or otherwise, dropped from his ladle a little hot iron on Shilfard's foot and burned it. Shilfard ran to a tub of water and plunged his foot into it, and somewhat eased the pain. He 4hen returned, and taking a position in the passage way between the moulds, as Shee hey came along with a ladle full ot itolten iron, knocked Sheehey down. According to allegations which SheeheymakesShilfard, after knocking him down, picked up the ladle containing the molten iron and poured its contents on Sheehey's body from his chin dows and then struck him with the ladie. Sheehey was rendered frantie..iby- the terrible agony which he experienced, and ran to the door, when he was seized and his burning garments torn from him by otther persons pre sent. The whole fore part of his body was burned in a terrible man ner so that the flesh peeled off. He was taken to his home. Shil fard was arrested." A man was picked up recently by the Cleveland (Ohio) police who seemed to be suffering from mental aberration, buuon recovery gave this account of himself: "When he left his happy home earg'..ias? the morning his wife kissed him good-bye, as was her1 custom wh'len she wanted any er rand performed, and then asked him to-go to the dress-maker and tell lyr that she (the wife) had changed her mind, and would have the watered silk made up in stead of the.poplin,-3nd be sure to tell her. dear," said the-wife, 'that if she thinks it-wpuld...1k bettor with ten bias flodndes without puffing, and box'pleated below the equator, which should be gathered in hem-stitched gudgeons up and down the seams, with a gusset stitch between, she can make it up in that way, instead of fluting the bobinette insertion, and piec ing out with point applique, as I suggested yesterday."'
