To tbe Editor of The Dispatch: .please allow me space in your paper to say that I am too bneify engaged looking after the taxpayers' interests of Lexington county in my official ca- i pacity to engage in a newspaper controversy over the location of the proposed steel bridge across the Salnda river. I know that the county board has done what is best for the majority /.f T avinnf^n nnniltr anH nnr VV VVUUVJ V*V44#VU^| action is final. However, I shall be glad to meet the members of the Lexington delegation, together with the Key. Joab Edwards and tne. learned editor of the Leesyille Hews, and all others interested, at any time they may suggest, and view both sites? Amick'a Perry and Still Water. This, in my judgment, will go farther towards reaching an honest verdict than any newspaper controversy. I take this opportunity to thank you Hot your absolute fairness in the mat ter, and for strict adherence to the sruth in every particular. Very truly yours, Louis J.
