Cheraw, Nov. 10.?This has been a busy week in the mayor's court in Cheraw, *or, with the assistance c f several out-of-town detectives, a roundup has been made of alleged "blind tigers." Thirty-six counts were presented against about 15 defendants, and the fines thus far imposed have amounted to more than $l,loO. Some of the cases have been appealed and some are yet to be tried.
