Charleston, March 10.?Rudolph Rabens, with several aliases, is back in Charleston, having been pardoned by Governor Blease after a service of about two-thirds of his sentence in the penitentiary, having been convicted at Walhalla for complicity in the blowing and robbery of the safe of the Newry mills in Oconee county several years aeo. "Foley's Honey and Tar is the best cough remedy I ever used as it quickly stopped a severe cough that had long troubled me," says J, W. Kuhn, Princeton, Nebr. Just so quickly and surely it acts in ill cases of coughs, colds, lagrippe and lung trouble. Refuse substitutes. Foley Kidney Pilis. Neutralize and remove the poisons that cause backache, rheumatiism, nervousness and all kidney and bladder irregularities. They build up and restore the natural action of these vital organs. Two negroe9 were convicted at Gaff- I ney of the murder or Robert Davidson, a white man. One was condemned to hang; the other, the jury having recomended mercy, was sentenced to the penitentiary for life. If you have trouble in getting rid of your cold you may know that you are not treating it properly. There is no reason why a cold should hang on tor weeks and it will not if you take Chamberlaid,9 Cough Remedy. For sale by All Dealers. Look out for severe and even dangerous kidney and bladder trouble resulting from years of railroading. Geo. E. Bell, 039 Thiid St. Fort Wayne, Ind., was manv vears a conductor on the Nickel Plate. He says: "Twenty years of railroading left my kidneys in terri- j ble condition. There was a continual j pain across my back and hips and my kidneys gave me much distress, and the action of my bladder was frequent j and most painful. I got a supply of Foley Kidney Pills and the first bottle | made a wonderful improvement and four bottles cured me completely. Since being cured I have recommended Foley Kidney Pills to many of my railroad friends." George H.
