Judge Watts has granted a new trial in the ca9e of Emma Blaloek vs. the Southern Railway Co., in which the plaintiff was awarded a verdict of $50 for having been carried by the Lexington depot, unless the plaintiff agrees to accept a verdict of $25. A new trial is refused in the case of Miss Edith Gregory vs. Southern Railway Co., in which plaintiff was awarded $25 for being errried by the depot.
