"The Cat Came Back." A few days ago Mr. Allen Bishop, who lives eight miles from town, brought a cat and three young kittens to Messrs. Purcell & Scott. The cat was brought all the way in a wooden rabbit-box, with small air holes bored in it. It was turned loose in the store, with the intention that the kittens would grow up there as mousers. The first night the old cat left by way of the cathole in the door and)made straight for home, reaching there some time during the night and was on hand for early breakfast. It is not known whether she enquired the way of the other cats, or how she knew the way; but she found it all s right.?Newberry Observer. i , S A Fortunate Texan. ( Mr. E. W.
