Mathias, . of Irmo, filed his claim .against the - county for agent's commission of 5 cents each for 573 persons vaccinated m v in this county, making $28.65. The ?c county Supervisor refused to pay the claim, and the case was appealed to _ the circuit court and heard by Judge i Prince at the January term last. Elopers in Jail. ai Sheriff Corley arrested Monday, and Jj3 lodged in jail David Sharpe and Mrs. McPherson, who, it will be remembered, eloped from Edmund about _ two weeks ago.
