Sr. Hffathian' Claim. ^
On Aoril 2. 1906. Dr. R. E. Mathias,
. of Irmo, filed his claim .against the
- county for agent's commission of 5
cents each for 573 persons vaccinated m
v in this county, making $28.65. The ?c
county Supervisor refused to pay the
claim, and the case was appealed to _
the circuit court and heard by Judge
i Prince at the January term last. On ^
May 25, he filed his decree with the
Clerk reversing the Supervisor and
ordering the claim paid. ^
