Hebron the first Sunday in April. Mr. Pilcher, of the South Carolina Public Service Corporation, passed through this section recently taking up right of way for the new railroad. The people of this section arc making all kinds of predictions about this railroad. Some say that it will never be built; others say that tnev Deneve it will be built in the near future; and there are others that 9ay that if it is built there will never be any towns that will amount to anything between Lexington and Saluda.
