Giant Among Men.
Editor W. H. Wallace who has just
been on a visit to Washington in a
letter to his paper says, among other
things that "Anyone who will attend
the sessions of the senate for a few
days will see very plainly that Tillman
is a giant among the men of
that august body."
The Delineator for July.
The midsummer fashions with a
wealth of illustrations in color and in
black-and-white are attractively portrayed
in The Delineator for July.
For the children, there are stories and

are many articles of timely interest,
including novelties for summer feasts.

. Clean and Disenfect.
While heavy rains remove accumulations
of filth about the streets and
other places, they also increase the
decay of vegetable matter, which is a
menace to the health of the community.
Lime and whitewash should
be generously used about the premises.
.Preventives are much cheaper
than the expense incident to an
epidemic of fever, not to speak of the
anguish and suffering which always
accompanies sickness.
