Miss Liliie Smoak, who is teaching ft flourishing school at Macedon, spent the holidays with her parents ^ in town. Mr. Adam ft. Metis, win recently moved from this place to Irmo, has j been in town sevsral days spending the holidays. There was a general riot on Sunday before Christmas near the Baptist enarch of this place among the colored population, and the consequence is that one has already been found $20 or 25 days on the cbaingang, Several others have been bound over to court.
