"Wild Cats Take Notice. Dr. Blue Mountain Joe Harman made his first through trip with the mail for Stall on Tuesday of last week. In pae&iDg down Main street he made a striking picture of jollity. His buggy was drawn by bis faithful Texas pouy who has been so loDg in the family that he has become familiar with the changing moods of Dr. Joe. He bad a blue Yankee overcoat of the army regulation pat tern, with the collar turned up, a big leather wagon whip which he ever and anon popped with a clear crack over his horse's back. A loog cowboys horn which he used with vigor to call up his brag pack of Beedled hounds which scattered over the street like birds in awdeat field. All of which seeuied to give the kind heart of Dr. Joe its full measure of pleasure. Davis Gantt is said to have met him at Stall in his proverbial hospitable manner and when these to chums get together it is bail fellow well met aud \?e imagine tbeir successful hunt in the swamps of Black creek and the large number of wild cats, foxes, possums, and coons which .yielded up the gbost at the appearance of these mighty Nimrods.
