D 1 Boozer December 23d, 1877, makiog their union 22 years, 6 months and 7 days. To this union was born 8 children one of which has preceeded her to the Spirit Land. She leaves a bus band, 7 children and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her lose, but their loss is her eternal gain. She was an affectionate wife and kind mother. Gaston experienced a fire recently. 1 The store house owned by Mr. Z. A J W. Sturkie there, occupied by Mr. Oscar Sturkie, who w&9 merchandising, was burned down. The blacksmith shop owned by Mr. D. B. Sphaler recently vacated by Davie Warren was also devoured by the angry flames. "With hard work and plenty of it, the Sphaler distillery and other buildings were saved.
