Shumate, who was thrown from a buggy and killed last night, will be held [Sunday morning. Mr. and Mrs. I Shumate were out driving. Their horse became frightened and as the animal rushed madly ground a sharp curve in the road both oc cupants \v< re thrown to the ground, Mrs. Shumate being killed instantly. Mr. Shumate was unconscious for a few moments. bill sustained only slight injuries. The body of Mrs. Shumate, was conveyed to the residence of YV. T.
