Viaycr, which occurred at the home of his son, Leonard Mayer, with whom lie ha* lived the past two rears. Nothing was known here of his illness until his death was announced. Mr. Mayer was the third son of the late lamented A. Mayer He was born in Lancaster nud lived here all his life until lie moved to Camden about two years ago. He was about OS years of age and leaves five sons surviving him. He was a member of the MethodistChurch, a christian man and a good citi /.en. Many will sorrow to hear of his death.
