Stir four eggs into one pint of warm mashed potatoes; add one an.l one-half cups of sugar, ono cup of butter ami one-half cup of milk. Flavor with vanila and hake in one crust. No 2. Beat together two tahlcspoonfuls of sugar, one of flour and three eggs, add one small cup of mashed potato, ono cup of sugar, ono small cup of milk, and hake in ono crust. Potato Cocoanut Pie. Add to ono large mashed potato, one cup of sugar, ono tablespoon of butter, a little salt, three beaten egga and a small cup of cocoanut soaked in ono pint of milk. Bake in one crust and cover the top with frosting and cocoanut.
