Besides the ceiemouirH of the review and passing in review, twentw one evolutions were performed with rpiiit, prornptneaa and accuracy, in thirty tire minutes?all taken hour and uccoriling to Ilaidcc. It was apparent from the ease and fuciiity with which the evolutiona were perlnrtued, that Col. Withcrspoou had not only been in ihc service but was proficien t iu hia position and thoroughly understood his husho-as. II* waa well sustained and aided by Lieut. Col.
