Election. State of South Carolin?, County of Edgefield. Whereas, a petition has been filed with us? and al! legal requirements having been met it is ordered that I. R. Blocker, M. B. Hamilton ami \V. M. Ransom, constituting the regularly appointed Board of Trus tees of South Elmwood School Dis trict No. 9, do hold an election at Blocker School House on Saturday, .May 1 t?, 1914, to vote upon the question of levying and collecting a special tax of two (?) mills on the dollar of all taxable property in said district, proceeds of such levy to be used for school purposes in South Elmwood Schoo! District. No. 9. At this election only such resi dent electors as return real or per sonal property for taxation, and who exhibit their tac receipts and registration certificates as required in general elections shall be allowed to vote. .;.?t?''
