In a very striking article, the mais por tions of which are copied in another col umn,-the Eagle contends that out of 628 delegates who will form the Baltimore Convention, at the very least 4?S will at the start vote for Greeley, giving him on the first ballot considerably more than thc two-thirds required to settle the- dispute in his favor.
