T LIE Executive Committee of the State Agri cultural Society of South Carosliua, beg leave to call the attention to the citizens of South Caro lina, and the Southern States, to their approach ing Annual Festival. The Premiumn List is a very comprehensive one, and Premiums will be award ed on every article of merit coming within the range of the Agricultural, ilorticultural and Me chanical Departments, as well as the Fine Arts, Ladies' Fancy Work, and Domestic Economy. In addition to the large andl admirably arranged Halls for the accommodation of Exhibitors, the Committee have made other and very important improvements, which will add much to the com fort and enjoyment of visitors. A SPACIOUS AMPIIITHEATRE will also be in readiness, to seat some thousands, and add to the interest -of the Exhibition. The track for the exercise and displasy of "'fast trotters" has been paut in crder, and the trotters already on hand proamise something exciting. Visitors will he passedl aver all the Railroads in the State, during the week of exhibition, for one fare. All articles and animals, intended expressly for exhibition, will be passead (at the owner's risk) over all the Railroads in South Csarolina without a charge, except the South Carolina Railroad, andJ Cheraw and Darlingtons Rtosa, who will demand one half freight. Visitors should take the precau tian to procure Return Tickets when they pay their fare, to avoid embarrassment and delay, Exhibitors will please give the Railroad Officers timely notice of such animals and articles as they masy wish transportcd, as well as the time sand point of delivery.
