The course'of studhies is spe cially adapted to these ends, embracing so much .of the Englisha, -Greek, Latin and French languages and the .Mathx ematics as are requisite; in all of whicih it is the aim of the Instructors that theii- Cadets become thorough masters of fundamental principles, and acquire habits of thought and self-dependence Composition and Declamation receive their due share of attention. The Cadets are drilled in the Infantry Tactics ; and the discinline of the A cademy is of the Mili tary order,-strict, inflexible and impartial.
