The Proprietors will provide a sufficient Corps of Teachers for whose competency and moral character they will hold themselves responsible to the patrons of the Institution. The Seminary will be furnished with Philosoph ical and Chemical Aparatus for illustrating to the pupils, the various phenomena of those Sciences. The Music Department will be furnished with at least three good Pianos, and will be under the charge of a competent and efficient Teacher. The Buildings of the Institute have been fitted up at great, expense for the purpose to which they are devoted and for convenience of arrangement, and adaptation to the necessities of a Female Seminary cannot be ,urpassed by those of any Institution in the South. The Proprietors will publish at an early day a Circular, in which the superior advantages *and facilities to be etjoyed in this Institution will be more particularly set forth, together with the rates of charges. The Proprietors are detgermined to spare no pains to make their Seminary ONE OF THE VERY HIGIEST GRADE, and hope they will be able to secure the confidence of the Public in the enterprise in which they have embarked, and that by MdERITING a liberal patronage, their Semi nary will receive it.
