IT is customary now-a-days for the proprietors and I propellers of patent medicines to array before the public eye in the most glowing colors, accounts of miraculous cures, and at the same time complain of the poverty of the English language as being inade quate to convey ideas that would do justice to their medical preparations. Now, the proprietor of the above named preparation don't intend to pursue any such course, but will be content to say, candidly, to the people, what his preparation lis done and will do. he DYSPEPTIC REMEDY needs no such prop ping up by any such cunningly devised fables, which are all "stuff" and "gammon.s' All the proprietor intends saying is, what diseases it will cure-how it will cure-and why it will cure. It has often been pre-judged and thrown aside by physicians and consigned to the tomb of quack humbugs, and afterwards restored toa more congenial clime on terra firma, to be administered to their worn out and exhausted patients, and with the most perfect success.
