It is expected that the opening address will be delivered by the Hon. PIERRE SOILF., and an Ag. ricultural address by EnUND RuFFmN, Esq., of Vir Specimens in every branch of Mechanism, Art and Industry, also of Cotton, Rice, Sugar, Tobacco, and all other agricultural products-Horses, Cattle, Sheep ind Swine, are solicited, for which saitable premiums will be awarded. To the Ladies' work, which has contributed so much to the success of the Institute at all of its Ex hibitions,the Committee have been specially charged, and suitable and appropriate premiums will be awarded to the best specimens in every department.
