NEGRO STEALER.-Mobile Register says - Considerable excitement was caused in Bat on Rouge, afew days ago, by the arrest of two scamps who were caught in the act of enti cing away slaves. They had been in the town some little time, and had been busily engaged in the prosecution of their nefarious plans, and had tampered with the negroes exten sively. Thfy were at length caught in the act of leaving with two mulatto women, belonging to Mr. Musselman.
