The Commercial news will b- found satisfactory. LIVERPOOL, Aug. 18. Almost every branch of trade is impro 'ving in Liverpool. Money is abundant end discounts easy. All the accounts from 'the manufacturing districts are favorable. The Cotton tnarket for the past week bas been very active. The Committee's official quotations are as follows: Fair Uplard'54d; Fair Mo. bile 5$d ; Fair Orleans 51d. POLITICAL. .England.-We have nothing of interest in the political department. The visit of the Queen to Ireland seems to have been a source of utuclh enthusiasm and delight. France.-The Assembly, after a session -of eighteen months, has adjourned until the first of October next. Huagary.-The entrance of the Hunga rians into Raab frcm Comorn, is definitely tonfirmed. Great alarm was excited in Vienne and Presburg, by information that the Hunga rian army was advancing. and the advan ced guard bad reached Weisselberg. On the 16th Aug. 1849, near Fruit Hill. by .3.
