Almost every branch of trade is impro

in the political department.
The visit of the Queen to Ireland seems
to have been a source of utuclh enthusiasm
and delight.
France.-The Assembly, after a session
-of eighteen months, has adjourned until
the first of October next.
Huagary.-The entrance of the Hunga
rians into Raab frcm Comorn, is definitely
tonfirmed.
Great alarm was excited in Vienne and
Presburg, by information that the Hunga
rian army was advancing. and the advan
ced guard bad reached Weisselberg.
On the 16th Aug. 1849, near Fruit Hill. by

Carpenters & Undertakers.
T H E Church at Fellowship, having resol
' ved to build a new Meeting louse, and
the subscribers having been appointed by the
said Church "Ilhe committee on building $.c."
Public Notice is hereby given to Carpenters
and Undertakers, that sealed proposals will be
received by any one of the said committee, from
this date tintil the 27th day of Septem'ber next,
for 'the building of a meeting hottse of diuen
ions herein specified. If however no propo
sals should be made which meets with the ap
probation of the said committee, the buildng
of the said meeting hot-e will be let to the
lowest bidder ott that day at Fellowship.
The dimensions &c. are as folloows; the
buliding to be 44 by 60 fact in the clear with
a pi:ch of 15 feet, resting on.19 pillars of, rock
averaging 24 feet in height includimg 3 piillars
under the center sill. The outer pillars to be
of faded rock and pointed with litte. Sills 10
inches sqtuare, .3 sleepers 8 by 10 and all the
rest 3 by 10, and placed 2 feet apart, corner
post 10 inches square. guttered. Braces. door
post. and window post 4 by 6 ictthes, all to be
sfgood hard timber. Studs 4 by 4 inche, plates
4 by 10 inches. Rafters 6 inches wide at bot
ton, 4 inches at top. 3 inches thick, and 274
