The verdict of the jury was in accordance with litis testimony, and the Trial Justice issued his warrant for the arrest of James Bryant, and Miney. Todd' in December last, and during the previous week he had gone with a crowd to the house of Oliver Singleton and dragged him out of hod and mercilessly beat hint.
