Hall and little tots spent Tuesday in Troy with her mother, Mrs. Mary 1 jv. Home. *5$?' Miss Pauline Below took dinner with Mrs. W. M. Hall last Sabbath, it being her 24th birthday. % Mrs. M. E. Beauford spent last Friday night in Abbeville with Mrs. John McKellar. Quite a crowd was at Bethia last Sabbath afternoon. The ladies organized a society with about ten members to start with. Hope to have a good success with it and more members to come in later on. r,~ Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Beauford extend many thanks to their friends and relatives for the kindness and help during the illness of their aunt. Private Lewis Beauford is enjoying being at home as much as the home folks and also his best girl en, joy having him. He Jias his discharge. Mrs. Brough, from Mt. Carmel, is spending a while with her daughter, Mrs. Jim Link. . ^ Mrs. M. E. Beauford went to At' lanta last Thursday taking her little P granddaughter to have her throat examined. It, has been in a bad fix l?. 1 ever since she had the flu. It will have to be operated on later.Mr. and RTfrs. Henry McNeil spent Saturday night in Abbeville with her mother, Mrs. Azilie Wilson. The death angel visited the home ' of Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Beauford last i Saturday night and took away their dear loving aunt Linnie Spence. She would have been 80 years old the ?; 13th of May.
