' Skidding is no excuse for automo1 bile accidents. The utmost care is de< manded on days when the streets are 3 wet and the wheels are apt to slide. * Then slow driving is demanded of every autoist, and the greatest care must be shown in watching the > ground and handling the machine. * Most cases of skidding come from ^ neglecting to care what one is doing. 5 Any man running on high speed on . a skidding day ought to be promptly arrested and sent to prison. He i is far more to be blamed than a man with a pocketful of dynamite. The ) most exact inquiry should be made into every skidding accident so that ' the impression should be strong that the skidder always needs discipline , or worse. r Catarrh Cannot Be Cured k With LOCAL APPLICATIONS, U they / cannot reach the aeat of the disease.
