Geer, of Greenville, acting for himself inI dividually. bought in the Maplecroft cotton mill of Liberty at a court sale Ain moraine. the sale being conduct ed at Pickens. I The price paid was $100,001. Mr. Geer has from time to time during the nast year bought up practically all the debst of the mill. He now takes the plant over and will op- j I erate it. Maplecroft mill, which has been in the hands of a receiver since August 1914, makes print cloths and yarns.
