Cothran's House Burned. Just as the Press and Banner was going ' to press the fire alarm sounded and the 1 home of Mr. W. S. Cothran of this city was reported to be burning. This house was the home of Judge J. S. , Cothran, father of our fellow townsman, ' Mr. W. S. Cothran, and it is one of the old 1 landmarks in the city. Smith will carry on his business at the same stand on Main street. Each of these gentlemen are well known in the business circles of Abbeville and have a growing trade in country and in town.
