Little Aiken Nickles who was bitten by a rabid dog some days ago, is tbe first patient to be treated with virus for hydrophobia Id Abbeville county. The virus, which was administered by Dr. Gambreil comes from Atlanta, and is tbe most costly part of tbe treatment. R.oy Jones did not allow the Monroites a bit while Abbeville got 9 hits. Three runs were made in the eighth inning. Monroe won the first game of the double-header on Saturday in the second inning on three hits and four errors. I cultiva this cotton as I usually cultivate cotton except that it was fertilized I ter than usual. A good part of f fertilizer was Anderson Phosphate i Oil company fertilizer, the balance i other standard brands.
