Al,l land owners in Abbeville County are notified to remove from the Running Streams of Water upon their Land during the month of MAY, all Trash, Trees, Rafts and Lumber ' that may be found in the channel of the Streams. Persons refusing or negleotlng to comply with the requirements of the Jaw on this subject are liable to the penalties therein precribed. The County Commissioners are authorized and required by law to clean out the streams where the owners refuse to do so, and charge the same to the land, the cost of which Is a prior lien or the property.
