We further believe the town Is in honor bound to pay the tax, if the i-allroad completes the track to this place. But we dexire to place the Press ?nd Banner <n record as unequivocally and unalterably i opposed to the Issue of bonds by the town oouncll, except in conformity with the terms under which the time was extended.
