The f-iet that this fs not known to every cotton producer in the South is the fault of Southern newspaper alone, and while the influence of the sold Interest- is far more potential in the] North, yet the nature of the wheat incubus is petting to be pretty generally understood in that section, while the main cause of the ruin-! ous depression of cotton is never alluded to] by most newspapers in the cotton States, and I planters are consequently kept In ignorance j of the nature of the vampire which is sucking their blood.
