Connor of Cokcsbury Grange, the following delegates from subordinate tJranges in Abbeville County, met at I Ihe Court House, in the ball of Clin I tdn Lodge, A. F. Brother Connor of Grange No. 4, brothers Robinson, Haddon and Pratt of Grango No. 5, brothers Beckham, Cauthon and Carlisle No. 6, brothers "Wideman and Jay No. 8, brothers Parks and Ailceri No. 9, brother Calhoun No. 10, brother Aiken No. 22, brothers Perrin, Bradley, Sibert and Dendy No. 23, brothers Morrow and G. C. Bradley No. 158. Granges not represented ? Nos. 7, *2, 156, 159, 160. An election of officors resulted in the choice of brother Connor M, Perrin O, Calhoun L, Beckham S, Wideman A S, Cauthcn C, Ifobinsoh T, Aiken Sec, G C Bradley G K. After appointment of committees on business, constitution and by-laws, the Council took a recess until 8 o'clock P. M. At the ovening session, Council being opened in due form, the report of these committees were read, discussed, received and adoptod, and the anvaral noints of business referred to - r appropriate committees to carry into effect. Article 7, constitution, requires the Council to meet in regular session at the Court House, on the first Tuesday in January, April, July, and October, respectively, of each year. Brothers J W Perrin, P II Bradley, and D W Aiken were elected an executive committee with special duties, in addition to the supervision of the Council in intervals between meetings. > Brothers Sibert, Perrin and Mcr row delegated to return the thanks of The Abbeville County Council, Patrons of Husbandry, to Clinton T.nAcrt* fnr tho use of their Hall. - ?
