In these they too successfully indulge, notwithstanding the care and vigilence of tlie Teacher and Trustees. The Teacher, especially, suf fers the blame, although errors of this kind are committed without l\isJ|(now ledge and 'permission. Aware of this, and at the same time desirous to afford every reason able security to parents and guardians, tho following rules will be strictly attended to. Every student shall be confined to one particular store for the purchase of those articltes of w hich be may stand in need ; his account in said store, to be carefully exa mined at least once in every month.
