We notice a merchant in Columbia is advertising sugar at twenty-two cents per pound. He states that the price is very high but that the sugar cost him twenty cents per pound and that he cannot afford to sell it for less man twenty-two cents, we have not heard of any sugar selling on the Cheater market for more than twelve cents per pound.?Chester News.
