OF SPRINGTIME CHARM.
Originality marks the new hats and gives
them distinction. New shapes are not as

of old favorites in piquant turbans,
smart mushrooms and sleek looking sailors.
Deft touches are added by bits of color
given to them by some unique feature fantasy,
cloth dower or the use of of some novel

SIMPLE.

shorter in length than they have been
in the past because of the conservation orders
of the day. The silhouette is a straight
line effect and in the majority of models, the
length is designed to leave several inches of
the skirt in view. Most all are gathered
somewhat at the waistline using one of varied
types of belts.
Serges, gabardines, velours, tricotine and
other good coatings are to be seen in tan,
beige, gray, blue and many other contrasting

THE NEW STYLES IN CORSETS.
The Spring Corsets are created upon lines
that will accentuate the slender lines of the
new apparel to reveal the charm of the slim,
youthful looking silhouette.
At the beginning of each season is the
time to select one's corsets. Our present assemblage
consists of models with high and
low busts, short and long hips, front or back
laced; made of batistes and coutils, appropriately
trimmed with embroidery and lace.
One of the novelties appear in a model with
