I On Friday afternoon Miss Mary 11o<yd entertained her bridge club and several other guests at a lovely party. A series of interesting bridge games gave pleasure to her guests. Miss Nannie Mill Moore, scoring highest among the club members, won the prize, a box of stationery, while the guest prize was won by Miss Kthel Brock. Klaborate refreshments were served <1 lug the afternoon. o Mrs. it. K. Riddle also entertained Friday afternoon at a most enjoyable affair-in honor of the teachers of the graded school. A feature of the afternoon was the writing by each of the guests of her experience as a teacher and these was read aloud. Miss Klfreida Pong's sketch was voted the best.
