Mr. Frank Williams, superintei dent of the chaingang, met with painful accident last night by hi horse running away, throwing hii from the buggy. Mr. William was in town attending to soni business and was going to th place where he had left his hors hitched, when he saw the horse con the buggy to stop him, but could nc get the lines.
