who on Saturday night last was shot
and probably mortally wounded by

by Sheriff Sim J. Miller and
brought to Lexington in the sheriff's

THE ACCUSATION.
That on information and belief at
Hatesburg. Lexington county, state

calmly, it is said, and the outcome of
