Bigham and John Frazer, Jr., arres ed one week ago on a charge of coi plicity in the robbery at Parr Shoe September 5, when a paymaster the J. G. White Construction Coi pnny was held up and robbed of $lt 000, tonight gave out a stateme saying the two young men were sei and recognized in Chester during t time in which they were alleged have been at Parr Shoals. The stat ment opens by saying that it h been deemed advisable to reply view of the lengthy and inconsiste statements which have appeared fro Burns detectives and J. T. McLella superintendent of the John G. Whi Construction Company. It goes on: "The arrest of the two men is farcical and humiliatii and the charge of this crime to the preposterous. " 'Gentleman: " 'If you have a man who thinl he could identify one or all of tl men who committed the robbery c the 5th. I would like very much have him pay Chester a visit and r his arrival look me up.
