Federation of Labor to Fight M anuf actur ers. Norfolk, Va., Nov. 14.?That there,will be war to the knife between the Ameiican Federation of Labor and the National Association ot Manufacturers' A was evidenced today at thel ^ session of the federation here.! ' The federation already has taken ) the aggressive by looking to the establishment of a fund to fight the manufacturers through > its executive council.
