In accordance with announcement previously made in The News, the annual meeting of the Lancaster Bible Society was held in the Methodist church last Sunday night. Neville, president ot the Presbyterian College, at Clinton. '"Unspotted from the World," was his subject, or text, being a part of the 27th verse ot the fir>t chapter of James.
