Some of our contemporaries
S.-e waging war on the "mailorder"
business. It appears that
a number of cities and towns

mail-order houses, instead ol

chants. We hear of no complaint
cjf the kind in Lancaster, though
it is likely that mail order houses
have patrons in this community
as well as elsewhere. If

dommodity. The merchants of
tihis town carry stocks of goods
that will compare favorably in
quality, variety and price with

jficck, there isn't a merchant in
Lancaster who will not tak<!
pleasure in making a special j
order for it.
