Knight, after Prolonged Illness, Passes t Away ?t his Home in Pri- t mus. 1 t Mr. James It. Knight, one ot j Lancaster county's best known r. and most highly esteemed citi zens, died last Friday afternoon, at 4 o'clock, at his home in the r.'l 0 Primus section. Though greatly ^ lamented Mr. Knight's death was not unexpected, as his health had f hpnlt crpadiiuIKi I ? i 11?. ? e? inuing mr many . month". Last spring was a year ago l?e had a severe attack ol pneumonia, which was followed f by Bright's disease. Mr. Knight was a native ol Chesterfield and was in his 73rd i year, having been born Oct. 1st, 1833. lie moved lo this county about 1872. lie was twice mar- ^ ried. His first, wile was Miss Mary Haley, of Kershaw county, to whom he was married Dec. j 21st, 1854. Seven children, tour t eons and three daughters, blessed j their union, of whom two tons . and three daughters are now liv- . ing, namely, Mr. \V. B.
