Reply :Brown did not advanc" on McDow after he struck him. 1 did not see Brown with any weapon. Brown was shot in linger. i J. P. Hunter sheriff : I arrest t ed Dr. Me Dow in front of stairs ' leading up to his ollice near Firs' ] National Bank. Found two pis- ( toison hilt. I got one and Par t due got the other.
