Charlie Smith sees the program as a
means to stay out of debt. "For many years,
I'd buy things and pay later. I've now realized
that if I am a member of the Christmas
Payroll Savings Plan, I can have the money I
need and eliminate having to pay in the
months after Christmas. It's just a good benefit."

is "I really like the program," said Weaver
s Linda Creech. "If it hadn't been for the
't payroll deduction savings plan, I don't think
e we could have afforded to have a real big
>- Christmas. This isabout the most money I've
i- ever saved at one time. I made this sacrifice
for Christmas and that is exactly what I'm
going to do with the money," added Creech.
